About the author (2007)

Dietz is an educator, professional public speaker, and sales trainer. She has over 25 years of sales and sales management experience in the hardware/home center and grocery industries. Her private seminars have attracted sponsors such as Delta Faucet and the Los Angeles Times. She received her Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University and is currently an Associate Professor of Business Administration at the University of La Verne in Southern California.
