Two authors who have written extensively on health and preventative medicine show how using all three methods of the I Ching will help with life challenges such as health, relationships, and work. The authors summarize the well-known Classical Method for an intuitive insight into prediction, and then go on to explain both the Mei Hua method and the Na Jia method. Within each method, a step-by-step process is described for how to create a hexagram, analyze it, and draw a conclusion, helping readers to make the right and wise decision when presented with confusing alternatives. Also featured is extraordinary and convincing data about the authenticity of the world's oldest prediction tool, the I Ching, including dozens of examples of events and predictions from all three methods described in The Authentic I Ching.
