About the author (2005)

Matt Doeden received a BA in journalism from Mankato State University. After graduating, he worked as a sports writer for the Mankato newspaper, and then as an editor with a small children's publisher called Capstone Press. In 2003, he became a freelance writer and editor. He has written and edited hundreds of books on numerous topics including cars, sports, airplanes, geography, science, and math.

Charles has a BSS in Behavioral Science from Ohio University. He has been a hunter most of his life and believes nature is the best neighbor you can have. He is an avid student of the Bible. Charles is married and lives in southern Ohio.

He Has Worked for the Salt Lake Tribune for Sixteen Years, Including a Decade in the Sports Department. His Team Loyalty Solidified While Sitting in the Rain at Rice Stadium Watching the Cougars Inflict a Fifty-Point Loss on the Utes.
