Karen Saunders has written the small books, Allinson Bread which sold over 250,000 (mainly through Sainsbury) and Allinson Continental Deli Cookbook which sold over 125,000. She runs the PR for Allinson, the flour manufacturer, including their Baking Club whose membership has risen from 1,800 three years ago to over 20,000 this year.
