About the author (2022)

Phil Vickery is one of Britain's best loved chefs. He has been part of ITV's This Morning family for more than 20 years. He has won numerous accolades, including a Michelin star at the Castle Hotel in Somerset, and is the author of 18 books, including Save Money Good Diet, a tie-in to the ITV programme of the same name, Phil Vickery's Ultimate Diabetes Cookbook and Diabetes Meal Planner, both published with the support of Diabetes UK, and the Seriously Good!
