This book is very good! Here are the reasons why:
1. For a kick boxing beginner as myself, this would have been the perfect book to pick! It did not just show things at just a high level, but
explained it clearly
2. The content to be communicated is done in a very clear and crisp manner
3. The language & verbage through out is very good
4. Finally the postures are also shown very clearly with the intermediate steps also explained.
