About the author (2013)

John Syrbu received his B.S. in Biology at the University of Iowa and earned his D.D.S. at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics. John currently lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife Natalie and their dog, Bella.Other works by John Syrbu include a book titled Dental Art and Humor which features his dental cartoons and Tommy the Tooth, created to encourage and establish good oral hygiene habits for young children.
