I took a class on Demming years ago and found it very enlightening. It should have been called
"Common Sense - 101". (From a workers prospective) It was simply explained so even management could
understand it, if they had any inkling of the true nature of production in a industrial environment.
Sorry to sound so demeaning towards management but after years of dealing with inept managers I can't help myself. Do what you must to give Demming a read. It can also be applied to life in general. Everything we do in life can be described as a process and Demming shows you know how to deal with it effectively.
