This book changed my life and my body. If you like to read magazines, then this book has a layout that will catch your attention and keep you reading. This book includes recipes which I found very helpful to keeping me on track with "clean eating". I like that the book isn't very "sciencey" but that it explains WHY we need to eat healthy and how the body needs quality fuel. I recommend this book to all my friends who are trying to live a happy and healthy life.
