A friend recommended this book to me on how to deal with depression. But I found it to be much more than that. It's a book about how to get the most out of life and reach your true potential and to find meaning and purpose.it's a book that keeps surprising me as it gets better and better as you go along, taking me places I've never been before and I've read a lot of books on self improvement. I think the reason why is that Gary is candid enough to tell his life story and how he himself was in the trenches and suffered loss pulled himself up by his own bootstraps. I see he offers coaching services but the contact information needs updating. If he contacts me I would subscribe to his coaching services. Steve. Thedoorguyllc@gmail.com
