About the author (2013)

Danny Rex Evatt was born in Midland, Texas in 1958. Danny's branch of Evatts came to Texas in the late 1800's from Alabama after the American Civil War. Prior to Alabama, this Evatt branch originated from the South Carolina, USA Evatt branch, which contains more Evatts than any Evatt branch in the world.

Mr. Evatt graduated from Texas A&M University and was an accountant and small business owner in Texas before moving to Washington State. Now a successful REALTOR® and Broker, Danny's interest in Evatt genealogy continues to grow and expand.

As the originator and holder of the largest connected Evatt family tree in the world (with over 7,000 connected individuals), Danny's knowledge and historical base for the Evatt Family extends over many generations.

As an avid historian and genealogist, Mr. Evatt will continue to publish and update information on the Evatt family - one of the world's most interesting family names.
