The only reviews I've read here are from those who have not done the program. How can you write a credible review based on that??? I am a certified personal trainer, an advanced lifter, and I've done my share of study in the fitness nutrition field as well. I have actually done and completed the FBB program. I found Rachel's conveyance of the entire subject matter to be as thorough as it needed to be and easy to understand for the novice to advanced exerciser who is looking to get fit and lose fat. And no, I am neither a client nor a personal friend of hers, so I'm not giving a glowing report from any perspective other than having done the program and learned A LOT as well as having gotten stronger, fitter, and leaner.
Rachel has been in the field for over 20 years. She's a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is certified through Precision Nutrition, probably the premier fitness nutrition program on the planet. She and her husband own an incredibly successful training studio at which their clients get verifiable results. In fact, it's called Results Fitness. She is known among her peers for her excellence in the field as well as for her integrity. I would highly recommend this program for the beginner, intermediate or advanced fitness buff and was about to do just that (recommending to a friend who is embarking on her own fitness journey) when I came across these reviews and was compelled to speak out.
