The First Time
Gwen loved moments like this -- sitting on a blanket by the ocean, watching the waves crash onto the shore. But her quiet moment was disrupted by the playful shouts of a group of teenagers. One of them especially intrigued her. He was of medium height; his hair was straight and sandy-colored. Just the sight of him made Gwen's heart pound. Gwen continued to stare at him, willing him to look her way. And then, as if in response to her wish, the dream boy looked at her and smiled.
