Quick read. Good Advice. Gives good examples of what a board should be doing to raise funds and support the organization. Good topics for a board retreat. Author shares experiences with boards of all shapes and sizes (and funding needs). Good punch for board involvement and making that personal and financial commitment. No excuse for 'no time to read'.
