The Government's Child
A little girl's parents separate when she is a toddler. Her mother takes her to live with her family in a remote African village. Life is hard in the village, but the little girl lives a happy life. Her troubled life starts when she returns to live with her paternal relatives, who gang up to try to make it impossible for her to go to college. She perseveres, and struggles against them until she eventually obtains a government scholarship to go to college to study law.
