I've never been lucky enough to visit Athens, GA and eat at this restaurant, but someone who has gave me this amazing cookbook. Being vegan, the recipes I love the most are the ones easy to make without dairy. My absolute favorites, which I've made dozens of times each are the white gravy and sausage, and the corn and potato chowder. Both are always favorites! Thank you Grit!
