This was a very interesting book. Found myself making sense out of things happening in my life with other people that up until reading this truly was at my wits end in understanding. Now, I get it. Read full review

I am a Jekyll and Hyde and just came across this by googling J&H drunken behaviour. I have in the space in of ten minutes, identified myself and others just by flicking through. I can only recommend that others take the time to read it. I have just taken the link to copy and paste and re-read when I have a lot longer. seriously! well done!
