It includes his family life on cotton farms as a youth and his careers as a football, basketball and track coach and finally several years as a minister.

It was an eye opening read. It really put a light on the Laird family...the book was well written and every informational...I will cherish my copy for the rest of my life and pass it on some day to the next-generation so they can enjoy this delightful book.
