The Meeting of Anni Adams: The Butterfly of Luxembourg
The Meeting of Anni Adams is a true story of survival. Born November 11, 1926 Anni grew up traveling throughout central Europe with her professional gymnast father, Albert Neuman. By the age of fourteen she had been throughout Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium and France. She survived the evacuation and refugee camps following the German occupation of her homeland and then returned to her home and the submissive life-style of the Nazi rule for more than four years. She married at the age of 18 becoming one of the 300,000 WWII Brides of 1945-46. Throughout her long and successful life she has had great tragedy and suffering. Her story is the American dream come true.
