About the author (2005)

Dr. Ann Moliver Ruben, a.Florida state-licensed psychologist, was granted three university degrees: B.S.in Education, M.Ed.in Counseling and Ph. D. in Higher Education from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been a professor at Barry University, University of Miami and Florida Interntional University. She has been interviewed by CNN, NBC, CBS and People magazine. Her name appears in the Congressional Record, Who's Who In the World, Who's Who in American Women and is featured in the Preface of Anlicipating Madam President edited by Dr. Robert Watson.
