About the author (2010)

Savino is a retired Army Major and a recognized leader in the field of military-to-civilian career transitions. He holds a bachelor degree in Engineering from West Point and advanced degrees from George Washington University and the University of Pennsylvania. He has worked as a consultant for Booz-Allen & Hamilton and later the Hay Group. In 1996 he founded Competitive Edge Services.
