Why is the plateau-proof diet the best weight loss diet? The plateau-proof diet (www.plateauproofdiet) is the best weight loss diet by a vast margin. The plateau-proof diet is vastly superior to all of the other weight loss diets because of two important factors. (1) Weight loss dieting is simply a matter of manipulation of the 3 macronutrients carbs, fat and protein. All the weight loss diets either lower the amount of one macronutrient, e.g. low-carb diets, or they reduce the amount of total calories consumed. In other words, all the diets use a one-dimensional approach. Obesity is however a complex multidimensional problem and a one-dimensional approach is simply insufficient to treat it. The plateau-proof diet uses simple mathematical formulas that take into account all three of the macronutrients, based on their peculiar characteristics as determined by biomedical and clinical research. There is no macronutrient that is unaccounted for in the plateau-proof diet formulas. The formulas were applied to hundreds of food items, from which tables were made that show what foods to eat and what to avoid. The plateau-proof diet attacks obesity from all the pertinent angles, providing the first and only treatment for obesity with this multidimensional capability.
