About the author (2008)

Dr. Willie J. Duncan, was born 1940, in Curtis, Arksansas to the parents Mr.& Mrs. Dewitt Duncan Sr.  Dr. Duncan holds a Doctorate in Religion from the Northwest University of Science and Arts, of London, England, a Doctorate in the History of the Christian Churches; of London Bible College of applied science, and a Ph.D from Grace Apostolic Bible College of Niles, Ohio.  He is the founder and president of The Muskegon Bible Institute Inc. (MBI) of Indianapolis, In.  Dr. Duncan was inducted in the Hall of Fame in 2006 by the American Biographical Institute of Raleigh, NC as one of the Great Minds of the 21st century.  He was appointed as Deputy General of the International Biographical Center of Cambridge England.  He lectured at Oxford University at Inaugural World Forum of the Great Minds of the 21st Century in 2006.  He is pastor of the Revival Temple Apostolic Church 1226 Dr. Martin Luther King St., Indianapolis, In 46202  He is married to wife Evg.
