Coy Barefoot is a recognized expert on Thomas Jefferson and the author of The Quixtar Revolution, a Wall Street Journal business bestseller. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Virginia and a chairman of the Historic Resources Task Force, a group that works with the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Foundation to preserve and promote Charlottesville, Virginia's history.
