This book is a 50 day general health and wellness guide written by a Christian physician using Biblical guidelines for a healthy lifestyle. There are also sections dealing with reducing stress and anxiety. Read full review

Excellent material. I'm teaching a small group Bible study using this material starting 9/10. It will be challenging to implement all the changes Dr. Colbert suggests, but we are already on our way. We're excited about the results. Read full review
