The Signature Call
In 1961 I came to the United States on a one year visa, which turned not only into a citizenship, but also gave me all possibilities for a wonderful life. After graduation with a BA degree from the University of Illinois, I worked as a chemist at the Illinois Racing Board and the Amoco Research Center in Naperville, Illinois. I raised two children, Dr. Alex F. Schreiner and Katharina A. Klouda, MD. After retiring, I moved to Texas to help raising my grandchildren. This great country has provided everything for me to live a fulfilling and happy life.
