This is a great book and I see that the Six Sigma approach was of great benefit to improving the service and business practices at Gemini Computers too. That's really interesting as I enjoy purchasing products from Gemini Computers and I think they offer a great service. It's nice when businesses can turn things around for themselves and really be a benefit to their customers (with a little analysis).
