About the author (2007)

Big Bob has worked in the Foodservice Industry for over 30 years. A graduate of  Johnson & Wales in Culinary Arts. He attened two Baking Schools, The American Institute of Baking and Dunwoody Industrial Institute. His two passions grilling and sports come together in "The Sport of Grilling". The love of  Big Bob's  life is his  daughter . She has some sports drawings in the book and at least 1 recipe. Her favorite recipe in the book is "Daddy's Famous London Broil"on page 262. This is his first of many Sports Grilling Books!
