Building on the earlier, highly successful and standard-setting almanacs, The Total Triathlon Almanac-3 is a flexible year-long training companion. It saves time for the experienced athlete, and for the newer participant it is a foundation for establishing a proper training program. For all, it's an indispensable organizer, record keeper, and information source. You'll learn from top triathletes and coaches how to eat for peak performance, prevent burn-out and injury, improve your speed and endurance, train and race with a heart rate monitor, and prepare and peak for a triathlon of any distance.
