The Twilight Escort Agency The hilarious expose of retirees and life in the not-so-fast lane, on Queensland's Gold Coast. Wet Ink Magazine review of The Twilight Escort Agency This is a very funny book full of saucy and at times bawdy humour proving getting old doesn't mean being over it all and is sure to make you see that sweet little old couple next door in a totally different light. * Old school chums, the conservative Aubrey and the profligate Charles, now in their late fifties, are reunited in London. Aubrey convinces Charles to escape the threats of his shady business practices and visit him at Surfers Paradise on the Australian Gold Coast where Aubrey has been quite successful in Real Estate. Together they conceive the idea of a unique service to the ageing population of retirees crowding Queensland's coast. With Charles' creative input, Aubrey's business acumen and social naivety, and the loyal support of the Front Office ladies, Estelle and Penny, the Twilight Escort Agency opens its doors to the hilarious characters of the Baby Boomer era.
