I read & study this plan twenty three years ago. With much success, however years later I'be tried every quick weight loss plan with little or no success. I want to lose weight & keep it off and live a healthy life. I believe the word of God and this is my only help at this stage in life. I need the Holy Spirit to touch heal and deliver me through this process. And protect. My flesh is weak, but God is mercyful. Please keep the weak and lowly in spirit up lifted in prayer.
