About the author (1995)

CAROL LANDAU, PH.D., and MICHELE G. CYR, M.D., both professors at Brown Medical School, are prominent authorities on women's health who co-authored The Complete Book of Menopause and wrote "The Doctors Are In" column in McCall's for seven years.

Cyr currently serves as the director of the division of general internal medicine, associate dean of graduate medical education, and associate professor of medicine at Brown Medical School.
