More than 70 million Americans are plagued by some form of sleep disorder. Insomnia--that nagging, irritating inability to fall asleep--has created a nation of zombies. But relief is here at last. 'The Insomnia Kit' is an interactive tool in the battle against sleeplessness. While many insomniacs seek over-the-counter medications to induce sleep, 'The Insomnia Kit' offers a safe, natural alternative to these remedies. This three-part approach helps the sleep-deprived take charge in their quest for restful sleep. The comprehensive book provides a complete exploration of sleep and sleeplessness; the audiotape, narrated by trained hypnotherapist Cherith Powell, teaches listeners deep relaxation techniques to facilitate sleep; and the unique 28-day sleep-assessment diary will help readers to chronicle and analyze their sleep patterns. Together, the components of 'The Insomnia Kit' enable the user to take control of sleeplessness by analyzing the nuances of his or her particular problem and crafting a solution. Written by renowned sleep researcher Dr. Chris Idzikowski, The Insomnia Kit provides the natural way to that elusive good night's sleep.
