About the author (1993)

Michael P. Kearns was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1969 and has been in practice ever since. Currently, he is teaching business law at Roosevelt University and North Park College in Chicago, as he has been for a number of years. Michael also has 40 years of teaching experience.
