An expert on nineteenth- and twentieth-century saints, Patricia Treece is the author of a number of critically acclaimed books on saints, including Meet Padre Pio, A Man for Others (about Saint Maximilian Kolbe), Apparitions of Modern Saints and Quiet Moments with Padre Pio. She makes her home in Portland, Oregon.
