Dr. Mahesh M Rathore is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Dean Research and Development, at Shri Neminath Jain Brahmacharyashram’s Late Sau. Kantabai Bhavarlalji Jain College of Engineering (Jain Gurukul), Neminagar, Chandwad, (Nashik) in Maharashtra. He is also an Energy Auditor certified by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, India, and a Chartered Engineer. With a teaching experience of more than 30 years, he has developed several teaching aids and learning materials for students and has guided several credential projects. He has published several research papers in national and international journals and has eight books to his credit, besides the present one. He has completed successful commissioning of 400 kWp Solar PV Power project in SNJB Campus and bring down campus electricity requirement from grid by 80% and promised project payback period within 3 years.
Dr. Rathore also recently qualified NPTEL Online Certification Examinations in Laws of Thermodynamics and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with Elite Score. He is a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education, India, ISHMT (Indian Society for Heat and Mass Transfer), ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers) and the Institution of Engineers (India). He is also a faculty of PRINCE (Promoters and Researchers in Non-Conventional Energy) Dhule, Maharashtra.
