Reggie Lamptey is a dedicated and passionate entrepreneur who has always been gifted in the area of helping people understand and achieve their goals. As a young entrepreneur, he has developed Body Defining, LLC. There he dedicates his time and passion to helping individuals attain their different health and wellness aspirations. Attempting to create an avenue to reach, and assist, As many people as possible, Reggie continues to build a team of elite professionals who each have unique skills which give Body Defining the depth to cover all aspects of the health and wellness industry. Throughout the years, he has had the privilege to work with a wide variety of clients including: High School and Collegiate Athletes, Olympic Track Runners, Martial Artists, and NFL Potentials. In order to further develop his natural ability, Reggie has volunteered and assisted in directing programs geared toward building character and developing strong foundations for children of all ages. Furthermore, Reggie is a certified personal trainer, massage therapist, and is an assistant coach at Columbia high School in Maplewood, New Jersey. Since his start as a fitness trainer, he has acquired adequate knowledge to establish and customize his training techniques to help his clients reach their overall objective. He resides in Maplewood, NJ.
