I must say WOW!... This book turned out to be much more helpful then I originally thought!, It was wonderful to see that the standards of Track and Field have held true, since the turn of the century.
As a high school [track] coach from the mid-west, I will be showing my student athletes, many of the technics, that are offered in this book!
...HIGHLY RECOMENED FOR COACHES & ATHLETES ALIKE!
