About the author (2010)

James N. Rosenau is University Professor of International Affairs at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is author of numerous books on global affairs including the brilliant precursor to People Count!, Distant Proximities: Dynamics beyond Globalization (Princeton University Press 2003). Peter H. Koehn is Professor of Political Science and Director of the International Development Studies minor at the University of Montana in Missoula. He is author or co-editor of numerous books in the U.S. and internationally published.
