cool book...I've been reading this book and have read almost ten of the stories.....kind of freaky but the stories actually make you wonder how it was possible....definitely worth recommending.....

About the author (2003)

A former senior editor with Usborne Publishing, Paul Dowswell is now a full-time author. He has written over sixty books, including "Auslander", shortlisted for the Red House Children's Book Award and the Booktrust Teenage Prize. Allan worked on the Time-Life "Peoples of the Wild" series, profiling indigenous peoples in the rain forest and other environments. He has also written four books for adults and more than a dozen for children.
