Saber Sus Derechos provides a "big picture" view of the U.S. legal system. It presents the major areas of law with which the average individual is concerned-individual rights, family situations and property.

This book begins with a clear explanation of the types of law. It then proceeds with an overview of our judicial system, giving understandable explanations of the various court systems. The third section of the book identifies and explains the most common areas of the law that impact our daily lives-contracts, domestic relations, taxes, landlord/tenant and much more.

Written by a practicing attorney, this title gives everyone the solid home legal reference they need.
