From prize-winning novelist Mark McNay comes an exhilarating drama of desire and deceit.

Under Control is a moving and powerful novel about everyday heroism and treachery. Charlie and Gary are struggling to keep their lives on track in an imperfect world. But when the money runs out or the drugs don’t work, love isn’t always enough.

Help is at hand in the form of social worker and guardian angel Nigel, but when his best intentions meet his compulsive desires, the fates of these three very different people are transformed for good.
