wonderful book, I could not put it down, these were probably the most traveled soldiers of the war, starting in Georgia to FLA., back up through GA., to TENN., NC., VA., W.VA., and back to Georgia. My great grandfather served 4 yrs. and is mentioned in the book several times, My father owned the first edition with book cover intact, now in FLA. with a relative, since then i have found a second edition and still have it. I am looking for another first edition.
