Four hundred Illustrations! And extensive information on religious beliefs and practices. This book is invaluable to anyone working with interfaith organizations and comittees. Much better than a History of World Religions that is sorted by religion or historical period, it looks into teachings, rituals and ideas and finds many commonalities amongst faiths and traditions.
