About the author (2007)

Leslie Braksick is a much-sought executive coach, strategy execution consultant, and behavioral expert. Her CEO and C-suite clients rely on her wisdom and unrelenting commitment to their success as they navigate the greatest challenges of their careers. Leslie is known for her ability to quickly grasp a company's complex history and culture, and help its executives make strategic change happen well and quickly. Leslie holds a doctorate in Applied Behavioral Science and a master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. In 1993, she co-founded The Continuous Learning Group, Inc. (CLG), which quickly grew into the world's largest behaviorally based consulting firm, focusing on strategic change implementation and large-scale performance improvement (www.clg.com). CLG has over 200 blue-chip clients worldwide and a seasoned, second-to-none consulting team.
