About the author (1991)

James G. Meade, Ph.D., is an author, human resource consultant, and magazine writer. He has written for HR Magazine since 1989 and as a consultant has advised companies of varying sizes in a wide variety of industries as they approached the HR software market, evaluated products, and reached a decision.
