My Nursing experience began with completion of a Bachelor Science Nursing Degree followed by an in-depth experience which included Medical Surgical, Rehab, Palliative, Chronic care, and Health Prevention nursing care. The incorporation of these unique settings have provided insight as to how nursing involvement and teaching can best provide answers , resolve questions and prevent the acuity of unwanted side effects and complications in a client and or patients health care and or status. This truth is based upon nursing research and experience with intervening and or advocating for client health needs. Believing that health prevention and promotion are models in health care that will facilitate growing health gpas in Life Style diseases is why I pursue this practical guide for healthful meal preparation.
