About the author (2011)

An ex-Marine and a lifelong reader, Stephen R. Pell wrote his first story in 1986. He lives in Athens, Tennessee. "The original idea came in 2001 shortly after 9/11, about what a person would seek as revenge if he had the financial and/or political means to really do it."
