It's full of philosophical insight. For example, on page 68, speaking of mankind, one of the characters points out: "We have the
potential of devising more and more refined modes of conducts. As a matter of fact, and as far as I am concerned, mankind should be taken as a wish that never stops revealing its intentions, improving, aiming at transcendence. So, that violence must be inhuman because it mimics pure nature. Why should we yearn for the title of men and women if we have to keep using violence of nature, the unbridled foces of instincts, and the tendencies of lower animals?"
Again, this book is an exciting reading experience.
