Michael G. Fitzgerald and Boyd Magers are also the authors of Westerns Women: Interviews with Fifty Leading Ladies of Movie and Television Westerns from the 1930s to the 1960s (1999). Fitzgerald lives in El Dorado, Arkansas and Magers resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
